Woodbury Leadership Academy (WLA) is a tuition-free, K-12 public charter school where high expectations and success matter to all! Our learning environment and school community promotes academic achievement for students in grades K-12, as well as personal integrity, equity and a dedication to value and serve others. We use inquiry based learning by teaching the Core Knowledge Curriculum — building strong skills in math, reading, writing, history, science and technology. The North St. Paul football team lost to Totino-Grace by a 30-7 margin on Tuesday in the Section 2AAAAA quarterfinal in Fridley. The Eagles advanced to face White Bear Lake in the section semifinals on Saturday. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. T-G opened up the game with 30 unanswered points before the Polars got on the scoreboard in the fourth. That lone score came when Nicholas Quist scored after picking up a fumble and returning it 52 yads for the score. With the win, T-G improved to 8-1 on the season. North ends the year with a 2-7 record.
