Oakdale Jail Bookings, April 10: Woman Arrested on Domestic Assault Charge
Information is provided by the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Friday, April 6, and 7 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:
- Larry Xiong, 29, of Oakdale, arrested in the 3200 block of Hadley Avenue on fourth-degree DWI and traffic charges.
- Matthew R. Anderson, 25, of Oakdale, turned himself in on third-degree DWI and traffic charges.
- Melissa B.A. Williams, 25, of White Bear Lake, arrested in Maplewood on a domestic assault charge out of Oakdale.
- Bruce R. Walker, 51, of Oakdale, arrested in Grant on a traffic charge.
- Chelsea L. Warkenthien, 27, of Woodbury, arrested in Lake Elmo on a disorderly conduct charge out of Oakdale and a theft charge.
Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
