Oakdale Jail Bookings, Feb. 16: Man Arrested on Escaping Custody Charge

The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, and 7 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

• David H. McKinnon, 48, of North St. Paul, transported from the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office on controlled substance, vehicle theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and traffic charges out of Oakdale.
• Melody Perzichilli, 41, of Oakdale, arrested in the law enforcement center lobby on controlled substance charges.
• Theodore J. Selbitschka, 39, of Oakdale, arrested in the 3600 block of Granada Circle on escaping custody, probation violation and fleeing an officer charges.

Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
