Oakdale Jail Bookings, Jan. 16: Man Arrested on Nonsupport of Spouse and Child Charge
Information is provided by the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Friday, Jan. 13, and 7 a.m. Monday, Jan. 16, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:
- Matthew J. Groebner, 23, of Oakdale, arrested in the 100 block of Grenadier Avenue N. on a nonsupport of spouse and child charge.
- Anthony D. Harris, 30, of St. Paul, arrested in the 2000 block of Geneva Avenue on a theft charge.
- Joshua L. Jerome, 21, of St. Paul, arrested in the 3500 block of Geneva Avenue on an underage consumption charge.
- Charles F. Kealy, 21, of Oakdale, arrested in the 1100 block of Geneva Avenue on shoplifting, burglary and theft charges.
- Jerry A. Smith, 36, of Spring Park, sentenced on a second-degree DWI charge out of Oakdale.
- Bee Wang, 22, of St. Paul, turned himself in on a third-degree assault charge out of Oakdale.
Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
