Oakdale Jail bookings, Jan. 24: Two Men Arrested on Traffic Charges
Information is provided by the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Monday, Jan. 23, and 7 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:
- Mark W. Morsching, 47, of Maplewood, arrested at Interstate 694 and Highway 120 on traffic charges.
- Brian M. Valentine, 34, of Lake Elmo, arrested at Interstate 694 and Stillwater Boulevard on controlled substance, second-degree DWI and traffic charges.
Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
