Oakdale Jail Bookings, March 15: Two Men Arrested on DWI Charges

The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Wednesday, March 14, and 7 a.m. Thursday, March 15, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

• Edward H. Rieck, 45, of Oakdale, arrested at Stillwater Boulevard and Goodview Avenue on a third-degree DWI charge.
• Phillip F. Scott, 39, of Oakdale, arrested in the 1100 block of Geneva Avenue on second-degree DWI, traffic and small amount of drugs in motor vehicle charges.

Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
