Oakdale Jail Bookings, March 26: Four Arrested on DWI Charges
Information is provided by the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Friday, March 23, and 7 a.m. Monday, March 26, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:
- Ross C. Johnson, 25, of St. Paul, arrested on westbound Interstate 94 at Highway 120 on a fourth-degree DWI charge.
- Casey S. O'Leary, 30, of Woodbury, arrested at Geneva Avenue and 10th Street on third-degree DWI and traffic charges.
- Bethany L. White, 26, of Oakdale, arrested in the 6900 block of Fourth Street Court on traffic charges.
- Cassandra C. Eishen, 33, of Minneapolis, arrested in the 7500 block of 10th Street on grand misdemeanor gross negligence causing bodily harm, second-degree DWI and traffic charges.
- Monique L. Hammer, 47, of Somerset, WI, arrested on eastbound Highway 36 at Hadley Avenue on a third-degree DWI charge.
- Debra L. Lussier, 25, of Denver, arrested in the 1300 block of Gentry Avenue on theft and traffic charges.
Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
