Oakdale Jail Bookings, Nov. 17: Man Arrested on Traffic and Weapons Charges

The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, and 7 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

• Brandon S. Holmes, 21, of West St. Paul, arrested at Ninth Street North and Ninth Street West in Oakdale on a second-degree DWI charge.
• Anthony J. Lash, 20, of St. Paul, arrested in the 6500 block of Highway 36 Boulevard on traffic and weapons charges.
• Carlos J. B. Ramirez, 19, of Oakdale, arrested at Target on a second-degree DWI charge.
• Theodore A. Rehberger, 61, of Oakdale, sentenced on a second-degree DWI charge.

Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged.

Those listed are Oakdale residents arrested in Washington County; anyone arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence; anyone arrested by the Oakdale Police Department; and anyone arrested on charges for crimes that occurred in Oakdale.
