A witness said she assumed the driver saw the man, because he was driving so slowly, however, he started backing over the victim, who was walking in the roadway, the report says. The driver said he didn’t see the man, or realize he’d hit someone, but he saw the witness yelling for him to stop, so he did, the report says. He wasn’t plowing in the area, he had just stopped to get some keys, according to the report. The driver wasn’t cited in connection with the incident.
