Oakdale Restaurant, Liquor Store Fail Compliance Checks

An underage buyer was able to purchase beer at restaurant and Pagerti’s Liquor during compliance checks on Dec. 9, according to Oakdale Police Department reports.
The bartender and cashier at the businesses admitted to failing to ask for identification from the underage buyer.
The sellers face possible charges for selling alcohol to a minor, and the establishments face liquor license violations.
