Oakdale Woman Charged in Connection with Rollover Crash

An Oakdale woman was charged with DWI and criminal vehicular operation in connection with a rollover crash that injured a passenger.

An Oakdale woman was charged with DWI and criminal vehicular operation in connection with a rollover crash in which a passenger was injured.

Linda Lor, 19, was driving when the crash took place, around 5:30 a.m. on May 15 of last year in the 3700 block of Geneva Avenue, according to the Washington County District Court complaint. 

She registered a .08 alcohol concentration in a preliminary breath test following the crash, the complaint says.

Lor had been driving south on Geneva Avenue and at some point the vehicle left the roadway, hit a mailbox, continued into a ditch and was overturned, the complaint says.

One of the passengers in the car was transported to Regions Hospital. He had a large cut above his eyelid and a broken nose, according to the complaint.

Lor faces a maximum penalty of three years in prison and $10,000 in fines for the count of criminal vehicular operation, and 90 days in jail and $1,000 in fines for the count of DWI.

Her initial appearance in court is scheduled March 29.
