Tartan Theatre’s first play of the school year—M*A*S*H—opens Thursday, Oct. 27. Here’s the rundown on the play.

What it’s about: The play tells the story of life in the fictional 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital in the Korean War, a story that’s probably best known from the television show by the same name that aired from the early '70s to early '80s. It’s a comedy with some romance and drama mixed in. See more details on the plot in the event listing.

When and where: The play is showing at 7 p.m. Oct. 27 and 29, and Nov. 4 and 5 and at 2 p.m. Oct. 30 and Nov. 6. in the  auditorium.

What it costs: $8 general admission, $10 to sit in the first five rows and $5 for active and retired members of the military.
