We Honor Vets: Veterans needed to volunteer to serve fellow Veterans at the end of life?
As a part of the “We Honor Veterans” Initiative to ensure that excellent end-of-life care is available for our nation’s veterans and their families. Allina Health Hospice and Palliative Care is embracing these initiatives.
· Raising awareness about veterans’ end-of-life care needs and options (education)
