• Palisade Wastewater Treatment Plant (state.mn.us) — Palisade residents are being asked to comment on a draft state wastewater permit that governs how the city's treatment plant discharges into a nearby wetland flowing to the Mississippi River. The reissued permit won't change or expand the facility, but it sets updated pollution limits and monitoring rules intended to protect local surface and groundwater quality.
