• Man charged with manslaughter, accused of crushing co-worker's head on job site (oregonlive.com) — A worker was killed at a Plymouth tree-trimming job site after a co-worker operating a hydraulic grapple fatally struck his head while they were reportedly goofing around. The operator, a 34-year-old man, has been charged with second-degree manslaughter, with bail set as the case moves through Dakota County courts.
