Boger Dental Team Visits Schools Teaching Good Dental Habits

During Children's Dental Health Month, Boger Dental is visiting local classrooms to emphasize the importance of good dental health habits. Time slots are still available.

In conjunction with National Children's Dental Health Month, hygienists from l in Plymouth will be visiting a number of classrooms throughout the local community to help emphasize the importance of good dental health habits.

Led by their lead hygienist with a background in education, Erin Mastro, they have developed 30-40 minute programs including PowerPoint presentations that are age-appropriate for preschoolers through third grade. The kids will learn about:

  • the effects of sugar on your teeth with a hands-on experiment,
  • making good food and drink choices
  • home care techniques
  • and each child will receive dental goodies to take home.

For the younger children, the visit also includes a cameo appearance from the Boger Dental Tooth Fairy

Time slots are still available. If you'd like us to come to your child's school, please visit this link or email Kelly at kelly@bogerdental.com. She will help you to arrange a convenient time.
