Help! Save Me And My Home!
Owe more than what your home is worth? There are several programs are available to help you be able to save the biggest asset you have, your home!

Upside down on your home mortgage?
Let’s face it, the mortgage and housing industries have been hit very hard!
Based on the results of what several unscrupulous people did over the last several years we are now all paying for it dearly. Many people are living and trying to survive during extremely difficult economic times. Some peopleare even facing foreclosure.
I wanted to write this Blog article because Waterstone Mortgage Corp. is one of the very few lenders that are able to offer a solution to this epidemic. I feel that everyone needs to know about this, whether it’s you or someone you know that may be in this situation. How many people do you know personally that have been affected by this epidemic? Have they been able to get any help from their current lenders?

Over the past several years, many home owners were able to purchase their homes with very little or even no money down. Banks, brokers and lenders were qualifying people that more than likely should not have been approved. Stated income and No Doc programs were just the tip of the iceberg. No pun intended, but the housing and mortgage markets have crashed just like the Titanic. Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM loans) have now adjusted upwards. Some as much as 2 percent over their previous rate. These ARM loans can keep increasing every year by 2 perecent up to an end rate of 16 percent!
Who can afford to live with that size of payment? These adjustments are financially strangling many people, some are even facing or are now in foreclosure. Add to this the declining housing market and many people owe more than their house is worth.

FHA, FannieMae and FreddieMac all have programs and have announced some new changes that will benefit thousands of people. These changes will allow us to refinance clients to a Fixed Rate Mortgage even if they owe more on their home than what it’s worth. Additional changes are coming in early 2012 as well. I will be sure to let you know what these are when they are announced.
Even if you are not in this situation, more than likely someone you know is. Help me spread the word. Everyone knows someone that needs help. Please have them contact me as I may be able to help at a time when they need it the most. This is their chance to be able to save their home and stabilize their life.
Waterstone has never been involved with predatory lending. We strive consistently to make sure that we are offering loans and products that “make sense” to do, and put our clients in a good position. One of the main goals of Waterstone is to “give back to the communities we serve." This is just another way for me to help serve.
How many people do you know that have been affected? Call them and send them to me today to see how I can help them.
