Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. We believe these seasons of life are not endings — they are powerful invitations to rise. Our programs are inclusive, nurturing, and deeply respectful of each individual’s journey. ReSale 101 provides a unique place where the community can shop, donate, and volunteer—all to support IOCP's families and programs. The shop, run by an all-volunteer team has two goals: <ul> <li>to sell quality donated clothing and household items to raise funds to support IOCP programs</li> <li>to provide quality clothing and household items for IOCP's clients</li> </ul>   Check out ReSale 101's Outfit of the week! Stepping out with a colorful lightweight top, tastefully beaded v neckline and stylish handkerchief cut sleeves. The pants are a cream tapered linen. A colorful shoes and shoulder bag complete the outfit.  A perfect selection for lunch out with the girls or a nice dinner with someone special. All items can be found at ReSale 101, your local resale shop that supports IOCP program.
