At this 2nd annual Business Emergency and Risk Management Conference (BERM) conference, you will learn strategies to de-escalate employee or customer crises, techniques for crisis communications using social media, and best practices for emergency preparedness planning for small businesses.



This year we are featuring Michael Hingson, a New York Times best-selling author and international lecturer. Michael, blind since birth, survived the 9/11 attacks with the help of his guide dog Roselle, and will present “The Power of Trust and Teamwork “.
