Make Jams, Jellies, Marmalades, and Butters

Now is the time to get ready for the fruits of summer. Be ready to 'jam' when the berries, peaches, rhubarb and more are at their peak of taste and availability. Learn the difference between the various preserves and have the opportunity to taste each. You will prepare a batch of jelly from start to finish and take home 1-2 jars to enjoy. Handout of recipes included. Supply fee of $8 will be collected at class.
