Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. All are invited to journey through the little town of Bethlehem at the Living Nativity! Messiah will host a full cast of characters from the beloved Bible story of Jesus' birth including Joseph, Mary and Baby Jesus, the three wise men, shepherds, kings, angels and others who were present that Christmas night. Families will see one of the wise men's camels, sheep, a donkey and other creatures from the stables. After experiencing the Living Nativity, move indoors and warm up with soup and Christmas cookies. Have your photo taken with costumed Christmas Carolers, visit a life-size Gingerbread House and a twinkly Gingerbread Village! Then all are welcome to join us in the Sanctuary at 7 p.m. for a special pre-Christmas candlelight worship service highlighting the Christmas story through carols and candles.
