Million Kicks for Cancer

World Taekwondo
Academy, with support from the Randy Shaver Cancer and Research Foundation, is
sponsoring a “Million Kicks For Cancer.”   The Shaver Foundation's mission "is to support the
cancer community in Minnesota by funding research, prevention, treatment and
other programs relating to the cancer community's needs."

Grandmaster E. Lee, president of World Taekwondo Academy, and a US Olympic Taekwondo coach, states that WTA hopes to raise at
least $30,000 for Shaver's foundation.  Lee, who coached at the 2012
London Olympic Games, believes that it is vital for organizations and
businesses to give back to their communities.

WTA is also attempting to break a world record at the event.  The record to be broken is the most kicks in an hour, by a team of 50.
