New North Memorial Clinic in Plymouth Set to Open May 1, 2013

North Memorial Health Care has announced that the new North Memorial Clinic in Plymouth will open as scheduled on May 1, 2013:

Plymouth City Center, North Memorial's new primary care clinic in Plymouth, is set to open May 1, and appointments are now being accepted. The new clinic will provide care for primarily adult patients. Services will include:

• Family Medicine
• Internal Medicine
• Gastroenterology
• Diabetes Education
• Podiatry
• Rheumatology  

Parking is free at the new location, which is located at 15535 34th Ave. N. in Plymouth. Clinic hours will be Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 763-581-CARE or online at northmemorial.com/appointments.

The clinic is located in a new two-story office building located at 15535 34th Avenue North near TCF Bank by Highway 55. It will occupy the entire first level, with 9,295 square feet of service area including 15 exam rooms, a procedure room, lab, and basic x-ray, a North Memorial Health Care spokesperson said in January.

At opening, the clinic was set to have two full-time medical doctors along with one nurse practitioner. North Memorial plans to add additional providers as needed. The new clinic expands the North Memorial's clinics to 15 in the Twin Cities metro area, according to North Memorial: 13 primary care and two urgent care.
