With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. The Armstrong High School football team lost to Osseo by a 34-0 margin on Tuesday in the Section 5AAAAA quarterfinal in Osseo. Osseo advanced to face Maple Grove in the section semifinals on Saturday. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. Osseo took a 13-0 lead after the first quarter, then added six more points to take a 19-0 lead heading into halftime. A 15-point third quarter ended the scoring for the evening.
