Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. Robbinsdale Armstrong girls swimming placed third at the Section 5AA True Team meet held at Plymouth Arena and Pool Saturday, Oct. 15. The team competed for a spot in the True Team state meet that is Wednesday, Oct. 19, at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center. Armstrong swimmers Courtney Evensen and Emma Ruehle took first and second places respectively in both the 200 and 500 yard freestyle events.
