Plymouth Council To Review Ward 2 Applications, Four Seasons Study
The Plymouth City Council's special meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11, will review the Ward 2 applications and is followed by a 7 p.m. regular meeting in which they will discuss the Four Seasons Mall redevelopment study.

With for the vacancy of the Ward 2 seat on the Plymouth City Council, there is need to review and discuss who will move on to be finalists.
The pool of candidates will be narrowed down to a few to be interviewed by the council at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18, at another special council meeting. The council has for the finalists' interviews.
Following the 5:30 p.m. Oct. 11 meeting, the council will have its regular meeting at 7 p.m. in which there are four public hearings and a discussion on the four seasons mall study process thus far.

There are two assessment hearings, one for the Annapolis Lane reconstruction project and the other for the assessment hearing for Peony Lane mill and overlay project.
There will also be a hearing for delinquent utilities and other charges as well as one a hearing to issue a private activity bond for Hazelden Center for Youth and Families.

And the final public hearing is about vacation of a portion of a drainage and utility easement within Lot 2, Block 1, of the Fretham 6th Addition.
