Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. Hi everyone! It is that time of year when we mix up the batter, heat up the griddle, grab our spatulas, and get together with our friends, family, and neighbors to raise money for our community! How? We eat pancakes and lots of them! Helping improve our community has never tasted so good! We will also be serving sausage, fruit, milk, juice and coffee. Let's not forget about the Pastry Pull !! We will have pastries and other baked goods from the best bakeries in the area. We have some pretty darn good bakers in the Plymouth Lions as well!
