Plymouth Seeks Volunteers For Winter Music Review
The Plymouth Arts Council needs volunteer musicians and sound and light technicians for first ever winter music review coming to the Black Box Theater in December.

The Plymouth Arts Council is seeking musicians on a volunteer basis for its upcoming production of "Songs of Cold for Young and Old," a winter music review premiering 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, and 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, at the Plymouth Black Box Theater, in the lower level of Plymouth Creek Center.
Singing auditions are 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, and 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, in the Black Box Theater. This is a volunteer cast in which children, teens and adults are needed. For auditions bring a prepared musical piece with music for an accompanist and photo of yourself. Rehearsals for the singing cast are 7-9:30 p.m. Thursdays, Nov. 3, Nov. 10 and Nov. 17; Mondays, Nov. 21 and Nov. 28; Tuesday, Nov. 29; Wednesday, Nov. 30 and Thursday, Dec. 1.

• Pianist (who is also needed for singing auditions and singer rehearsals) Auditions for the pianist will be 7-9:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29. Rehearsals will be 7-9:30 p.m. Thursdays Nov. 3, Nov. 10 and Nov. 17.

Instrumentalists should be able to play from a lead sheet and must be available for all rehearsals. Instrument and Tech Rehearsals are:

• 7–9:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 7 (Instruments Only)
• 7–9:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14 (Instruments Only)

• 7–9:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28 (Instruments and Tech)
• 7–9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29 (Instruments and Tech)
