With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. A 4-2 loss at Visitation in Mendota Heights on Thursday dropped the Providence Academy girls soccer team to 3-2 on the season. AnnMarie Healy gave the Lions a 1-0 first half lead, but the Blazers scored the next three goals to take the advantage for good. Healy scored again on a penalty kick late in the second half, but the visitors could not find the equalizer before Visitation netted a late score to put the game away and had the Lions a two-goal defeat. Next up for Providence is a matchup at home against Mound Westonka at 11 a.m. Saturday morning.
