Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. We believe these seasons of life are not endings — they are powerful invitations to rise. Our programs are inclusive, nurturing, and deeply respectful of each individual’s journey. The Robbinsdale Area School Board has been selected to receive the 2012 Minnesota School Public Relations Association (MinnSPRA) Excellence in School Board Communications Award.  The MinnSPRA Awards program provides an opportunity for high-quality communications to be shared and celebrated. The Excellence in School Board Communications Award recognizes an elected school board or individual board member for outstanding leadership and commitment to school public relations and communications. This award highlights the importance of school board support and involvement. The Robbinsdale Area School Board as a collective group has been selected in honor of their hard work and dedication in reaching all parts of their school community. The Robbinsdale Area School board consists of Barb Van Heel, Chairperson; Sherry Terrell, Vice-Chair; Linda Johnson, Treasurer; Mark Bomchill, Clerk; Helen Bassett, director; Patsy Green, director; and Tom Walsh, director.
