Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. Three FREE performances!<ul><li>Friday, March 13 at 7 p.m.</li><li>Saturday, March 14 at 7 p.m.</li><li>and Sunday, March 15 at 2 p.m. Matinee</li></ul>This fun, family-friendly Broadway musical is the story of a group of people becoming a loving community under the leadership of Jesus and will be performed in Messiah's Sanctuary. The show is great for ages 6 to adults! Stephen Schwartz composed the catchy Godspell music, and also wrote the recent smash hit "WICKED" (as well as music for the Disney movies "Mulan" and the "Hunchback of Notre Dame"). The music remind us that even as people with diverse backgrounds, we all share the love of our brother, Jesus Christ.Admission is a free-will offering. Children and adults of all ages will enjoy this fabulous, energetic production. March is Minnesota FoodShare Month, please feel free to bring an item to donate to the IOCP Food Shelf.
