Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. City You Live In:  New Hope Who was your favorite athlete growing up and why?  Joe Mauer-- because he's good. What is your favorite cheerleading memory that sticks out to you?  Being a flyer! What song do you listen to before games to get you pumped up?  All I Do Is Win by DJ Khaled What are your plans next year?  Going to college.  I want to go to Augsburg and I want to cheer in college.  I want to be a teacher. How do you think you've improved as an athlete since freshman year?  Becoming a better flyer and skater.
