With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Name:  Krista Thoeny     School: Robbinsdale Armstrong High School What You Do On Your Team: Base City You Live In:  Plymouth What sports do you play during the year and in what capacity?  What other activities are you in?  I'm a varsity sideline cheerleader. Who was your favorite athlete growing up and why?  Michelle Kwan because she is an amazing skater. She does her best and doesn't give up and I love that. What is your favorite sports memory that sticks out to you?  My favorite sports memory is cheering to the crowd and everyone is cheering along. It's a great feeling. What song do you listen to before games to get you pumped up?  "I Gotta Feeling" by the Black Eyed Peas.  Best song ever. What are your plans next year?  I'm planning on going to beauty school. I don't know which one I want to go to yet. How do you think you've improved as an athlete since freshman year?  I improved by sticking to the cheers and always doing my best.
