"To Your Health" Health Fair at Peace Lutheran Church Saturday March 1, 2014 10:45am-1:45pm

The community is welcomed to attend "To Your Health" from 10:45-1:45 pm on Saturday, March 1st at Peace Lutheran Church of Plymouth.This event features speakers on Sleep problems, Changing HealthBehaviors, training on CPR/AED from the Plymouth Rotary, Kids Making Healthy Desserts and much more.

Do you have problems sleeping? Do you wonder about taking medications to help you sleep? There will be a special presentation by Dr. Conrad Iber, Director of Fairview Sleep Center. Dr. Iber is a critical care pulmonologist and sleep expert who will present current information on sleep problems and treatment. All ages are welcome. Event is free.
