Trillium Woods Names Katy Riley Director of Marketing and Sales

PLYMOUTH, Minn. — Trillium Woods, the premier Life Plan Community in Plymouth, Minn., is pleased to announce the promotion of Katy Riley to Director of Marketing and Sales.

Riley steps into the leadership role after serving as a Residency Counselor at Trillium Woods since 2018, where she has guided hundreds of prospective residents through the decision-making process while helping showcase the vibrant lifestyle and welcoming community that define Trillium Woods.

A Minnesota native who grew up in nearby Medina, Riley brings both deep local roots and extensive hospitality and sales experience to her new position. Before joining Trillium Woods, she held sales management positions with the Sheraton Minneapolis West, The Commons Hotel in Minneapolis, and the Radisson Hotel & Water Park in Bloomington.

As Residency Counselor, Riley worked closely with prospective residents throughout every stage of the sales process, coordinated marketing events, and created immersive "staycation" experiences that allowed potential residents to experience daily life at Trillium Woods.

In her new role, Riley will oversee all marketing and sales initiatives, leading efforts to introduce prospective residents to Trillium Woods' distinctive lifestyle, exceptional amenities, and person-centered approach to senior living.

Riley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus in marketing and communications from Saint Mary's University in Minneapolis.
