West Lutheran H.S. Has Successful Blood Drive

Nearly fifty units of blood were donated during this bi-annual event.

On April 9, West Lutheran High School students, faculty and friends supported the importance of gift of life with the spring blood drive. The West Student Council in partnership with Memorial Blood Centers hosted this annual event.

With the tables and equipment setup in the West gym, donors watched movies while donating and enjoyed snacks and juice after.

With nearly 50 units of blood donated, many indivduals will be saved with these gifts.

The West Lutheran student council hold two blood drive at the school every year - one in the fall and one in the spring.
