Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. More than 30 <a href="http://wlhs.net" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">West Lutheran High School</a> students showed their school pride during the Plymouth on Parade on Sept. 29. With parade fans taking advantage of the free parking at West Lutheran, teachers and students provided a "pre-parade" cookout with over 200 hot dogs served. "The amount of traffic that went through West was amazing and we now know how to tweak things for next year to help make it an even greater success," said West Lutheran teacher Phil Meitner. Carrying the West Lutheran banner, the students and teachers then marched as a group in the parade and handed out West Lutheran pencils to the crowd.
