WOULD YOU CONSIDER HOSTING AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT HERE ON A SCHOLARSHIP THROUGH THE U.S. STATE DEPT?

The Kennedy-Lugar YES (Youth Exchange and Study) program is a bi-partisan program created to promote cultural understanding and help our country’s foreign diplomacy.  High school students from specific countries receive a scholarship to study in the U.S., see what our country is really like, and educate us about their home countries.  The scholarship is very competitive and only 4% of the students applying are chosen.  The YES Program has proven to be an important and effective program.  If you are interested in finding out more about becoming a host family for one of these great scholarship students, please contact Joey at jdanielsenadams@ayusa.org or 763-432-7856.  Thank you!
