4-Month-Old Dies After Falling Unconscious At Twin Cities Hotel

BLOOMINGTON, MN — Police are investigating the death of a 4-month-old at a hotel in Bloomington Tuesday. At 3:41 a.m. on March 3, officers responded to the Days Inn on the 7800 block of Normandale Boulevard for a report of a child not breathing.

They arrived and found the parents and their unconscious daughter.

Life saving measures were attempted. The child was then transported to Children’s Hospital, where she was pronounced deceased, according to a news release.

No arrests were made and the parents are cooperating with the ongoing investigation, police said.
