The SouthWest Metro Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) welcomes you to visit their next evening meeting on Thursday May 15 to learn from Karl Mulle. Karl is the co-author of "Put Emotional Intelligence to Work EQuip Yourself for Success." Karl is a trainer and professional speaker who will spend Thursday helping attendees understand the different styles of operation each of us have and how we can work together without clashes.
