Donald Trump’s Performance at The First Presidential Debate — Predicted Two Days in Advance!
Move over Nostradamus, read what Donald Trump will do and not say at the first Presidential debate two days before it actually takes place!
Monday night, September 26th: Candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump will meet tonight for their first Presidential debate…and I already know what’s going to happen.
Although it’s more than two days away, I’m going to accurately predict what Donald Trump is going to pull on the American people. But wait. How is that possible? How am I going to be able to tell you so far in advance what Trumpty will say and do? I know because I have been paying attention. For over a year this candidate has been singing the siren song of the sociopath, and I’ve been listening. I’ve gotten acquainted with his cagey and fascist lyrics and gotten more and more frightened as his campaign wore on. Every day The Donald has been showing, little by little, that he is a real enemy of our democracy. So when he debates Hillary Clinton on Monday night, he’s going to be up to his old tricks. But he’s not going to do it in a way that American viewers will immediately recognize. Oh, no. He’s going to be completely repackaged — on the surface, that is.
Thanks to advisor Roger Ailes, along with Karl Rove, he’s going to be more Presidential than anyone could have imagined. He’s going to actually look the part. He’s going to actually sound Presidential too because he isn’t going to be saying all of those stupid, off-the-cuff remarks he’s been spouting for so long. This time, he’s going to faithfully follow the script that Ailes and his minions have given him.

Remember, Roger Ailes and the boys in the Republican backroom have been polishing Presidential turds for decades now. This year will prove to be no exception. Their strategy this time will be to make sure The Donald says really nothing at all. By that I mean he’s not going to offer any new solutions or really answer any questions put to him. He’s going to tone down his abrasive verbiage, show his understated smile, and reflect a thoughtful demeanor at the podium.
Then he’s going to agree with everything his opponent Hillary Clinton says. That’s the real key here. He’s going to position himself as a capable statesman by going along with all of the answers Hillary gives.

So it’s not going to be a real debate in the true sense of the word. Donald Trump has shown repeatedly that he doesn’t have an original thought or solution for anything. That’s why all of his campaign speeches have sounded like sound bites from a stand-up comedy routine. He doesn’t have the intellectual capacity or patience to think anything through and give an intelligent answer. Ailes & company aren’t going to attempt to change this major character flaw. They’re going to roll with their candidate’s major character flaw instead.
They’re going to make the Republican candidate look good through redesign: they’re going to dress him up and shut his mouth. By going along with every idea, every solution, every answer that Hillary gives, Trump is going to endear himself to voters. And lets not forget about using humor to deftly show power. Ahh, the witty elder statesman revealing his quiet intelligence through courteous agreement and understatement! That’s what’s going to happen during this first debate.
The Donald is going to make everyone forget how stupid he really is by refraining from saying stupid things — if only for a few hours on a single day. He’s going to look so good in his suit that everyone, including his supporters, critics, detractors, media watchdogs, and political pundits, will forget what a hollow man he really is.
Suddenly we’ll be hearing commentary like this:
Now here’s a side of Donald Trump we haven’t seen before.
What an elder statesman!
Donald Trump really looked Presidential tonight, didn’t he?
This debate should dispel any doubts about Trump’s ability to think on his feet.
He’s never been this relaxed or this confident during a debate before.
How quickly this deception will make television viewers forget his racist, sexist rants and inherent demagoguery from the previous week.
How frustrating this performance will be for his opponent. Hillary Clinton will still be the smartest person in the room who gave the smartest answers, but her intelligence and expertise will be overshadowed by Trump’s pervasive agreeability.
By going along with everything Hillary says, Trump will appeal to undecided voters. These voters don’t like Hillary, but they don’t know why they don’t like Hillary. They don’t like Trump, but they know why they don’t like Trump. As a candidate who’s never held public office and has zero experience in public service, Trump doesn’t seem like he knows enough to be President. But now that he’s agreed to whatever Hillary has said during this debate, he’s going to seem like he WILL KNOW enough to be President of The United States.
It could happen. Stay tuned. And remember, I am posting this prediction on September 24th, on a Saturday afternoon before 3 PM, CST.
