Richfield's fourth annual is happening Sunday, Sept. 18 from noon to 4 p.m. on Penn Avenue between 62nd and 68th Streets.
There will be food, special deals at local businesses such as free balloons for kids from or complimentary rootbeer floats from , activities for kids, a car show and much, much more.
