Free Fitness Class for People Living with Lupus or Arthritis
On March 23, join certified fitness trainer Regan Mizuno for Regan MOVES, a fitness class dedicated to people living with lupus or arthritis

Regan MOVES is an exercise program designed to help people living with lupus and other chronic conditions reduce joint pain, increase energy, and regain freedom of movement while exercising. This free fitness class from the Lupus Foundation of Minnesota will help strengthen muscles that support joints without creating pressure or intense impact. Her class motto is to “work smarter, not harder on the joints, and if it hurts, stop.”
Free, but registration is required.
This fitness class will take place on Monday, March 23 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Wilder Room at the Chanhassen Library.

About the Instructor
Regan Mizuno is a certified fitness trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and the Director of Communications at the Four Seasons Curling Club. She is a healthy lupus and arthritis patient who created Regan MOVES, a program that allows her to safely lift weights and perform aerobic exercise.
