The Last One-Room Public School In Minnesota

LAKE OF THE WOODS, MN — Located on the Canadian border in Minnesota’s Northwest Angle, the Angle Inlet School is the only surviving one-room public school in the state.

For the students, it's a challenge to even get to the school. They travel by boat in the fall and spring. In the winter students can snowmobile across the lake.
