The New Nudes? Target Expands Intimates, Hosiery Color Options​

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — When it comes to color matching with bras, underwear and hosiery, Minneapolis-based Target wants to let you know that it just made the search "a whole lot simpler" by expanding its assortment to offer more offer more nude color options than ever before.

The company said the changes focus "on inclusivity and giving guests access to products" that better suit them.

The new nudes include "cocoa, caramel, honey beige and mochaccino."

“At Target, we know that women come in all shapes, sizes and ethnicities and our assortment needs to reflect their outfitting needs,” said Michelle Wlazlo, senior vice president of apparel and accessories at Target, in a statement.

“As part of our continued commitment to inclusivity, our team did extensive research to expand our intimate offerings so guests can find the perfect shade of nude to match their skin tone.”

While the current expanded assortment features lingerie and hosiery, Target said it plans to roll out additional shades of nude this fall for intimates, hosiery and shoes.
