In preparation for a Richfield construction project, a contractor from CenterPoint Energy will be installing natural gas pipe on W. 76th Street between York Avenue S. and Thomas Avenue S. in Richfield.   The project will last from Aug. 8 until Sept. 10, according to a news release.By Sept. 10, the city of Richfield will then resume construction on a mill-and-overlay project, which requires the removal of the top layer of the street with a milling machine.
