• State Patrol to construct new headquarters along Highway 36 in Roseville (longfellownokomismessenger.com) — A major new Minnesota State Patrol headquarters is coming to 1500 Highway 36 in Roseville, replacing the former Minnesota Plaza/Department of Education building. The $97 million, 117,000-square-foot facility will consolidate operations now scattered across six sites, with a groundbreaking set for Sept. 22 and an expected opening in 2028.
