The Senior Activities Survey is a tool
for taking a snapshot of the senior community.
The snapshot will be more realistic, as more people participate in the
survey.  The survey will be used as a
planning tool and a supporting document for fundraising efforts.

This survey does not ask for any
identifying information about you. The survey consists of a series of short
questions. Most questions have spaces to check off your answers. Some questions
require you to write in an answer. Some questions will not apply to you.

We hope that you will answer as many of the
questions as possible, to help provide a more complete snapshot of seniors in
the Roseville area.

The survey will be available between February
and April 2012. The survey is available in an electronic version (link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/PCG59DY ), and a hard copy.

Friendly NSSC volunteers will have hard copies
of the survey at a table outside the solarium at the 16th Annual "Living
Smarter" Home and Garden Fair. The Fair is on Sat., Feb 18, 2012, from 9
a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Fairview Community Center. (link to fair http://www.livingsmarter.org/fair.html ) You can complete the survey at the Fair.

Hard copies of the survey will also be brought
to groups of Roseville area seniors by volunteers from the NSSC. If you have a
group that would be willing to complete the survey, we will be happy to provide
hard copies or a link to you. Request the survey by sending an email with the
details of your request to SeniorActivitiesSurvey@yahoo.com .

Completed hard copies may be returned to the Senior
Activity Survey
drop box in the senior activities lounge of the Fairview
Community Center or the Parks & Rec desk at City Hall, or mailed to us at North
Suburban Senior Council
1910 County Road B West, Roseville, MN 55113.

We live in tough economic and political times,
but our needs do not diminish. We can accomplish changes, but we need the hard
work of dedicated individuals and everyone’s participation.

Please take the survey.
