In the words of former Holiday Inn sales manager Leslie Berry, now Client Relations Supervisor for the Continuing Education and Conference Center University of Minnesota, “She was the hotel. Kathy was a gem.
She taught me so much about the hotel business and how to build sales accounts
for the property when I worked there.”

Leslie also went on to say, “Kathy was totally dedicated to the hotel and great at customer service.  She had guests that loved her and always stopped by her office to catch up.  She offered great support to her hotel family and had a sparkling sense of humor.  In addition to Colby, her grandson, who was the shining star in her life, she was also a great mom to her three children.  Kathy will always be a part of me - she was a wonderful teacher, coworker and friend.”

She was always cheerful, had a great attitude about life and there was nothing
she loved more than talking about her grandson Colby. She was never shy about
showing off his current photo’s either.”

Paul (Jessica) Creuzer, and Michael Creuzer (Andrea Bucci); and beloved grandson, Colby Boettcher; brother, Gerald (Linda) Monahan.
