Featured Roseville Blog: Ready for a Change?
Change is all around us and its inevitable in all our lives--but there is one thing that makes the difference--how you respond.
Change.
A couple in love decides to take the next step and chooses to marry--change. A man finds himself unemployed after years at his current company--change. A couple awaits the birth of their first child--change. A health crisis, a financial challenge, a divorce, a bankruptcy, a graduation, an adult child moves out---change, change, change.
It's all around us and all of us have and most likely are going through a change.

Change happens in life. Some change is for the good, some change for the bad...but change happens. Most people resist and fear change but as we said it's inevitable.
So the issue isn't "change" but what we do with it. Will we fight it? Will we learn to navigate through it? We will seek to learn as a result of it?

has been serving the Roseville community (and others) for more than 30 years. However, during the last 5 years we've gone through some significant change. The style, approach and even several aspects of the physical facility have changed.
We've made changes because of one simple fact--the Bible is relevant for all people, in all cultures and all times -- yet sometimes a church can leave it's style in the past and therefore ensure that fewer and fewer ever get to connect with timeless Word of God.
Our primary message hasn't changed, but our style and approach has majorly changed! Maybe we will talk more about those changes in future blog posts.
But I wanted to talk to YOU today. What changes are happening in your world, your community, your life? How could those changes impact you?
The thing I've noticed is the people who seem to navigate and come through a change on the other side better than before are those who sought to be "ready." What I mean is they sought to be teachable, to ask questions, to seek counsel and discover what they can learn and who they can become.
Grace Church Roseville is full of people "ready for change". We spend each week looking at God's Word, the Bible and discovering how it plays out in the real world, with real people and real challenges. We find hope in our God and also in our community of fellow journeyers. We gather together each week, but our friendships go beyond once a week. We're discovering when we're open to God and His people that we find more than we could ever imagine and a life beyond self-help and slanted media advice.
Are you ready for change? Change is inevitable but how we respond in it and to it really makes all the difference.
Join us at Grace Church Roseville and discover a God who meets us where we are and leads us to where we need to be! Sundays at 9:00 or 10:45 a.m. (identical services with a full live band, down-to-earth messages and real people).
